Welcome to my Website

Suffering is not a fate.
Understanding, Relief, Growth.

From me to you

There may be times when you feel overwhelmed by emotional crises, battling persistent low moods, anxiety, relationship struggles, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. It’s important to know that this isn’t a permanent state. I believe everyone deserves a meaningful, fulfilling life and the joy that comes with it. From my experience, with the right support, people can overcome their challenges and step into a more balanced, free, and fulfilling life.

In my practice, I draw from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspective. This approach goes beyond addressing surface-level symptoms, allowing us to explore the deeper emotional experiences and relational patterns that shape your inner world. Within the safe space of the therapeutic relationship, we can examine thoughts, feelings, and internal conflicts together, gaining insight and understanding.

My approach is inspired by methods that emphasize healing and growth through processing experiences within a reliable and respectful therapeutic relationship. Relief and transformation become possible when we work through these experiences in a supportive environment, at your own pace, and according to your needs and desires.

I don't believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Based on what you need, I integrate techniques from various therapeutic methods, including practical strategies to manage distressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Additionally, when appropriate and desired, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a scientifically supported method for processing traumatic or distressing experiences.

I offer therapy in German, English, and Hebrew, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable and emotionally accessible.

Together, we can work on developing a deeper understanding of your inner world, identifying recurring patterns, and gradually gaining greater emotional freedom, stability, and connection to yourself, allowing you to live fully and free.

Key Areas

Trauma

Trauma is the emotional and physical response to overwhelming or frightening experiences. It can affect your thoughts, feelings, body, and relationships long after the event has passed. If you notice symptoms such as anxiety, inner tension, sleep problems, or intrusive memories, you are not alone. In therapy, we work together at your pace to understand your experiences, strengthen your resources, and support your healing in a safe and respectful space.

Trauma

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Post-traumatic stress disorder can develop after frightening or overwhelming experiences. You may notice intrusive memories, emotional numbness, strong reactions, or ongoing tension. Complex trauma stress disorder often relates to repeated or long-term stress, especially in relationships, and can affect self-esteem, trust, and emotional regulation. In therapy, we work at your pace to create safety, process experiences, and support long-term healing and stability.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Depression

Depression

Depression is a common and serious condition that can show up as ongoing low mood, loss of interest, tiredness, or a feeling of inner emptiness. It may also affect sleep, concentration, and self-confidence. If you have been feeling overwhelmed or stuck for a longer time, you are not alone. In therapy, we work together to understand your experiences, explore new perspectives, and support you in gradually reconnecting with your strengths, balance, and sense of meaning in daily life.

Anxiety

Anxiety can appear as constant worry, inner tension, restlessness, or physical symptoms such as a racing heart or difficulty relaxing. It may affect sleep, concentration, and daily functioning. If anxiety is taking up too much space in your life, you do not have to face it alone. In therapy, we work together to understand your triggers and help you feel calmer, safer, and more in control.

Anxiety

Migration and integration

Migration and integration can bring both opportunities and challenges. Adapting to a new culture, language, and social environment may lead to stress, loneliness, identity questions, or family tensions. Therapy can support you in navigating these transitions, strengthening your inner resources, and finding a sense of belonging while honoring your cultural background and personal values.

Adjustment Disorders

Adjustment Disorders

Adjustment difficulties can arise when life changes or stressful events feel overwhelming. Experiences such as loss, relationship challenges, health problems, or major transitions may affect your mood, thoughts, and sense of stability. You might experience anxiety, sadness, irritability, sleep problems, or feel less able to cope. In therapy, we work together to understand these experiences, strengthen coping skills, and help you regain balance and resilience during times of change.

 Identity and Self-Esteem

Difficulties with identity and self-esteem can affect how you see yourself and your place in the world. You may struggle with self-doubt, insecurity, or feeling “not good enough.” These challenges can influence relationships, decisions, and overall well-being. In therapy, we work together to explore your values, strengthen your sense of self, and build greater confidence and self-acceptance.

Identity & Self-Esteem Issues

Stress

Stress can build up when the demands of daily life feel overwhelming or constant. It may show up as tension, exhaustion, irritability, sleep problems, or difficulty switching off. Over time, stress can affect both emotional and physical well-being. In therapy, we work together to understand your stress patterns, strengthen coping skills, and help you find more balance, calm, and resilience in everyday life.

Stress

Aggression and Anger

Difficulties with anger or aggression can affect relationships, work, and self-image. You may feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, react more intensely than you wish, or struggle to express your needs in a constructive way. Therapy offers a safe space to understand the underlying causes of anger, learn healthier ways to regulate emotions, and develop respectful and effective communication.

Aggression and Anger

Phobias

Phobias involve intense fear of specific situations or objects, such as flying, heights, animals, or social situations. This fear can lead to avoidance and limit daily life. Even when you know the fear is stronger than the actual danger, it can still feel overwhelming. In therapy, we use effective and gentle approaches to help you reduce fear, increase confidence, and regain freedom in your life.

Phobias

Relationship Problems

Relationship Problems

Relationship difficulties can affect your emotional well-being and sense of security. Conflicts, communication problems, trust issues, or repeating patterns may lead to stress, frustration, loneliness, or uncertainty. Whether in romantic relationships, family, or friendships, these challenges can feel overwhelming. In therapy, we work together to better understand your needs and patterns, improve communication, and support you in building healthier, more fulfilling connections with others and with yourself.

Support for Family Members

Supporting a loved one who is experiencing mental health challenges can be stressful, confusing, and emotionally demanding. You may feel worried, overwhelmed, or unsure how to help. Therapy can provide a space to talk openly, gain information, strengthen boundaries, and find ways to care for both your loved one and yourself. You deserve support as well.

About me

My academic background is in psychology and philosophy. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Tel-Aviv University and further advanced my psychological training in a Master’s program at Bar-Ilan Universität. In addition, I earned a Master’s degree in Philosophy at Tel-Aviv Universität. Since 2025, I have been licensed to practice psychotherapy under the German Heilpraktiker law.

This interdisciplinary education forms the foundation of my therapeutic understanding. It allows me to approach psychological experience both in its emotional and unconscious depth as well as in its existential and meaning-oriented dimensions. Early in my training, I developed a particular interest in inner conflicts, unconscious processes, and the ways in which early relational experiences shape personality, the sense of self, and the capacity for emotional regulation.

My own migration experience has shaped my understanding of questions of identity, belonging, and inner transitions. It has deepened my sensitivity to biographical ruptures, cultural diversity, and the often complex internal processes of adaptation associated with loss, change, and new beginnings. This perspective informs my therapeutic work, together with a culturally sensitive and nuanced approach to each individual life story.

Over many years, I have worked in diverse psychosocial and therapeutic settings, including with adolescents, individuals with chronic mental health conditions, and in the fields of trauma and violence. These experiences have strengthened my conviction that lasting psychological change becomes possible primarily within a reliable and supportive therapeutic relationship—a space in which distressing and traumatic experiences can be held, understood, and gradually integrated.

Since immigrating to Germany in 2018, I have been working at the Psychosocial Center for Refugees, part of the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz in Kaiserslautern. In this role, I support individuals facing complex distress and crisis situations, conduct initial diagnostic assessments, and provide psychological counseling and psychotherapy. This work has significantly deepened my clinical understanding of trauma, migration, adaptation processes, and complex biographical challenges. Since 2022, I have been leading the center.
