Key Areas

Trauma: Trauma is the emotional and physical response to overwhelming or frightening experiences. It can affect your thoughts, feelings, body, and relationships long after the event has passed. If you notice symptoms such as anxiety, inner tension, sleep problems, or intrusive memories, you are not alone. In therapy, we work together at your pace to understand your experiences, strengthen your resources, and support your healing in a safe and respectful space.

Post-traumatic stress disorder: Post-traumatic stress disorder can develop after frightening or overwhelming experiences. You may notice intrusive memories, emotional numbness, strong reactions, or ongoing tension. Complex trauma stress disorder often relates to repeated or long-term stress, especially in relationships, and can affect self-esteem, trust, and emotional regulation. In therapy, we work at your pace to create safety, process experiences, and support long-term healing and stability.

Depression: Depression is a common and serious condition that can show up as ongoing low mood, loss of interest, tiredness, or a feeling of inner emptiness. It may also affect sleep, concentration, and self-confidence. If you have been feeling overwhelmed or stuck for a longer time, you are not alone. In therapy, we work together to understand your experiences, explore new perspectives, and support you in gradually reconnecting with your strengths, balance, and sense of meaning in daily life.

Anxiety: Anxiety can appear as constant worry, inner tension, restlessness, or physical symptoms such as a racing heart or difficulty relaxing. It may affect sleep, concentration, and daily functioning. If anxiety is taking up too much space in your life, you do not have to face it alone. In therapy, we work together to understand your triggers and help you feel calmer, safer, and more in control.

Migration and integration: Migration can bring both opportunities and challenges. Adapting to a new culture, language, and social environment may lead to stress, loneliness, identity questions, or family tensions. Therapy can support you in navigating these transitions, strengthening your inner resources, and finding a sense of belonging while honoring your cultural background and personal values.

Adjustment Disorders: Adjustment difficulties can arise when life changes or stressful events feel overwhelming. Experiences such as loss, relationship challenges, health problems, or major transitions may affect your mood, thoughts, and sense of stability. You might experience anxiety, sadness, irritability, sleep problems, or feel less able to cope. In therapy, we work together to understand these experiences, strengthen coping skills, and help you regain balance and resilience during times of change.

Identity & Self-Esteem Issues: Difficulties with identity and self-esteem can affect how you see yourself and your place in the world. You may struggle with self-doubt, insecurity, or feeling “not good enough.” These challenges can influence relationships, decisions, and overall well-being. In therapy, we work together to explore your values, strengthen your sense of self, and build greater confidence and self-acceptance.

Stress: Stress can build up when the demands of daily life feel overwhelming or constant. It may show up as tension, exhaustion, irritability, sleep problems, or difficulty switching off. Over time, stress can affect both emotional and physical well-being. In therapy, we work together to understand your stress patterns, strengthen coping skills, and help you find more balance, calm, and resilience in everyday life.

Aggression and Anger: Difficulties with anger or aggression can affect relationships, work, and self-image. You may feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, react more intensely than you wish, or struggle to express your needs in a constructive way. Therapy offers a safe space to understand the underlying causes of anger, learn healthier ways to regulate emotions, and develop respectful and effective communication.

Phobias: Phobias involve intense fear of specific situations or objects, such as flying, heights, animals, or social situations. This fear can lead to avoidance and limit daily life. Even when you know the fear is stronger than the actual danger, it can still feel overwhelming. In therapy, we use effective and gentle approaches to help you reduce fear, increase confidence, and regain freedom in your life.

Relationship Problems: Relationship difficulties can affect your emotional well-being and sense of security. Conflicts, communication problems, trust issues, or repeating patterns may lead to stress, frustration, loneliness, or uncertainty. Whether in romantic relationships, family, or friendships, these challenges can feel overwhelming. In therapy, we work together to better understand your needs and patterns, improve communication, and support you in building healthier, more fulfilling connections with others and with yourself.

Support for Family Members: Supporting a loved one who is experiencing mental health challenges can be stressful, confusing, and emotionally demanding. You may feel worried, overwhelmed, or unsure how to help. Therapy can provide a space to talk openly, gain information, strengthen boundaries, and find ways to care for both your loved one and yourself. You deserve support as well.
